That’s the exact title of the session I’m proposing for FUDCon India 2011 [1]. For completeness, here’s the description:
The goal of this session is to explore avenues to make Fedora APAC work where “everybody knows what to do, when to do it and get things done without any help or assistance”. It is my hope to lessen the burden on local ambassadors by getting resources on the ground more efficiently.
Hopefully, by having the session on a venue such as FUDCon where lots of APAC Ambassadors will be in attendance, we’ll finally be able to nail down the specifics and move from there.
